Le unità CP 800 sono state progettate e costruite specificatamente per l'attività "Search and Rescue". Hanno costituito l'ammodernamento della flotta delle Capitanerie di Porto - Guardia Costiera nel nuovo millennio. Sono in grado di portare soccorso in tempi rapidi anche in condizioni meteomarine avverse.

The CP 800 Vessels have been designed and built specifically for "Search and Rescue" missions. They have updated the fleet of the Italian Coast Guard in the new millennium and can provide at sea assistance in extreme weather conditions.
